Jay was born and raised just north of Portage la Prairie on the family farm where he deveoped a love for Agriculture. He has a welcoming personality & has always made himself available to serve his customers. He isn’t afraid to get his hands dirty and aside from PAS he farms with his brother. 18 years of experience & a passion for the farming community makes being a partner at Portage Agri Sales a fulfilling experience.  Jay is fortunate to be surrounded by beautiful girls—his wife and two daughters. Whenever he gets the chance he enjoys sledding, ice fishing or any adventures with them. It's important to him to pass on his love & knowledge of the farm to his girls.

Markus has a green thumb & a natural affinity for plants and nature.

Meet Corinne, a remarkable young lady hailing from Haywood, MB. This bilingual beauty has a deep connection to the land and a passion for agriculture. Growing up as a farm kid, she learned the value of hard work & is always eager to expand her knowledge as an agronomist. But that’s not all! Corinne also has a sense of humor & owns her very own “funny farm”, which provides delightful stories and quirky experiences. Just ask her about it. Corinne stays fueled by Alaninu and other energy drinks, allowing her to put in those long hours.

Darcy, a proud grandpa, finds immense joy in spending quality time with his family. His warm and kind-hearted nature has made him a beloved figure among his colleagues at Portage Agri-Sales, where he has dedicated over 20 years of hard work and service. When he’s not busy at work, you’ll often find Darcy relaxing by the pool, savoring those precious moments with family & friends..

Her expertise extends to account administration, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Outside of work, Denise enjoys spending quality time with husband & their two lovely daughters.

Kurt, one of the Operators at Agri-Sales, brings a chill vibe and a mischievous smirk to the team. He eagerly anticipates Chicken Finger Wednesdays and navigates the countryside with ease. Melanie, grew up on a fruit and vegetable farm, right here in Portage la Prairie. After obtaining her Agri-business diploma she returned to work on the family farm for the next 15 years. She enjoys a good outdoor adventure & channels her creativity into various pursuits. Above all, Melanie cherishes quality time with her husband and two kids, having fun & making memories.
